Yellowknife (October 2, 2008) – FSC Architects & Engineers is proud to announce that we have made the list of Canada’s Top 100 Employers as determined by Mediacorp Canada.

“Once again, please accept our congratulations on making this year's Top 100 list. We had a considerable increase in the number of applications this year, so your accomplishment is especially well-deserved.” Said Tony Meehan of Mediacorp.

“The road to getting on this list started back in 2006 for our new group of owners,” says Warren McLeod, “as a firm that is committed to providing top-level service to our clients, we decided that it was necessary to provide the same to our staff.” To determine where to start, FSC polled its employees to see what kind of benefits interested them and to find out what they liked and disliked about the firm. “It was a nervous time for us, we were unsure what to expect in the results,“ says Jerry Jaud “however, looking back, it provided us with the key information that we needed to make the decisions and take the steps that we felt would help us to retain our staff.”
