Consistent with all of our design work, FSC addresses workplace functionality by questioning the norm. The result is accommodating workplaces that seek to replace anonymity with intimate space that acknowledges the northern environment in which our designs are sited. We focus on Green Building principles ensuring access to natural light and views, user flexibility and user-adjustable microclimates.
Our work has spanned lettable space development, facility planning, design and documentation for government tenant improvements in the Yukon, NWT and Nunavut and project specific workspaces such as the Giant Mine C-Dry. We have completed project designs for downtown high-rise office buildings in Yellowknife, Inuvik and Whitehorse.
