FSC designs residential space for a wide range of client requirements, be it low cost social housing, permanent accommodation for the mining and industrial sector, or custom single and multi-family dwellings. In Iqaluit, our designers embraced the venturesome sprit of local developers with vibrant answers to medium density, multi-family living at the FONT Project. Specialized design has been provided for the Diavik Diamond Mine Accommodation Complex, which sought to improve the quality of life for the rotational worker at this high profile site. For the Barrier Free 8-Plex in Yellowknife, we facilitated multiple design workshops to scrutinize each detail as it affects persons with different disabilities. The project has been awarded a City of Yellowknife downtown enhancement award.
