Design Philosophy

Cold regions are given to extreme stereotypes that often obscure real experience. Our design team, and the people we collaborate with on a day-to-day basis, live and work in these extremes. Along side shipping logistics, snowdrift management, energy-efficiency and long-term operational considerations are the cerebral contrasts unique to the polar world: light and dark, cold and warm, inside and outside. These are complementary realms whose natural cycles accentuate one another.
